Since it\nrelatively lost some influence and since it suffered several defeats, the US\nimperialist rule over the world has become more brutal. Hence the hostility\nover multilateral negotiations and over the WTO, the multiplication of\nprotectionist measures, the denunciation of previous treaties, raging militarism\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The US\nState cannot occupy militarily Iraq and Afghanistan, Russia and Iran, which\nrescued Syria\u2019s torturer regime, have a significant influence, the Turkish Islamist\nregime, formerly central in the NATO, is increasingly hostile. These are some\nof the reasons why it US imperialism is more focused than ever on the Egyptian\nmilitary regime, on the Saudi absolute monarchy and on the colonial State of\nIsrael. It aims to overthrow the governments that challenge it in Western Asia\nand to counter its opponents, mainly the Russian and Chinese imperialisms, but\nalso its official allies, the European States and Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In return,\nPrince Ben Salmane and the monarchs in the Gulf can arrest, torture and murder\ntheir opponents. After funding Al-Qaida and the Islamic State, they still\nspread the most regressive and anti-Semitic version of Islam worldwide. They\nmilitarily intervene in Yemen, Jordan, Morocco, Egypt and Sudan. Netanyahu received\nthe authorization to keep on colonizing Jerusalem and the West Bank, to keep on\nstifling the Gaza strip with the complicity of Marshal Sissi, to destroy periodically\ninfrastructures, to slander its local population, to bomb regularly the Iranian\ntroops in Syria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\nimperialist States that acquired the nuclear weapon did not request anything\nfrom Pakistan or from Israel when they did the same. Yet, they wanted to\nprevent Iran from doing it. The Vienna agreement (JCPoA) concluded between Iran\nand most of the world powers (Britain, China, France, Germany, Russian, United\nStates) stated that the president Rohani agreed to renounce it, despite the\nhostility of the \u201cSupreme Guide\u201d Khamenei. Then, the Iranian people received\nthe lifting of sanctions was with relief by, and the Iranian State had complied\nwith its commitments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the\n2016 US presidential election, the Republican Party\u2019s candidate opposed the\nmilitary interventions launched by the former president Obama (Democratic\nParty) abroad. However, Trump also said that the Vienna agreemen was a \u201cdisaster\u201d<\/em>, \u201cthe worst deal ever negotiated\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On May 8th<\/sup>\n2018, after cancelling the 2016 agreement with Cuba and before conducting a coup\nd\u2019\u00c9tat in\nVenezuela in 2019, President Trump, together with his counsellor John Bolton,\nwith the Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, with the Defense Secretary Patrick\nShanahan, rejected the JCPoA with Iran. They declared economic sanctions again and\nthey threatened the firms that would make business with Iran or invest in Iran.\nThe EU protested but the European firms surrendered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On April 8th<\/sup>\n2019, the Pasdaran (Guardians of the Revolution), which are the main military\npower in Iran, which intervene in Syria and which partly own the Iranian\neconomy, have been classified as \u201cterrorist\u201d. On May 2, the US government\ntightened the sanctions: no more exemptions on import of Iranian oil for\nseveral countries (including India); ban on steel, aluminum, copper exports\u2026 As\nusual, the workers are the main victims of the exchange restriction, of the\neconomic stranglehold, of the production fall, of the runaway inflation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On May 5,\nunder the unproved pretext of \u201ctroubling\nand escalatory warnings\u201d<\/em>, the White House announced the deployment of an\naircraft career and of four nuclear-powered bombers in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In 1964,\nthe (Democratic Party) US President started the Vietnam War under the same kind\nof pretext, as military threats in the Tonkin Gulf. It has now been made clear\nthat it was a falsification, as well the pretext of Saddam Hussein\u2019s \u201cweapons of mass destruction\u201d<\/em> invented\nby Bolton, among others, in 2003. Trump\u2019s military counselor has long been in\nfavour of a war against Iran and a supporter of\nthe exiled monarchists (around Reza Pahlavi) and of the People\u2019s Mujahedin that\nare related the Iraqi regime and then to US imperialism (Radjavi\u2019s WIPO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n The United\nStates could do a thorough job of destruction, but Israel alone can do what\u2019s\nnecessary. Such action should be combined with vigorous American support for\nIran\u2019s opposition, aimed at regime change in Tehran. (John\nBolton, To Stop Iran\u2019s\nBomb, Bomb Iran, 26 March 2015)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Since then,\nthe armoury was strengthened in the Mediterranean Sea, under the pretext of\nIranian ships\u2019 \u201canomalous naval\nactivities\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At a meeting of President Trump\u2019s top national security aides last Thursday, Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan presented an updated military plan that envisions sending as many as 120,000 troops to the Middle East should Iran attack American forces or accelerate work on nuclear weapons, administration officials said. (New York Times, 13 May 2019)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Without\nbeing invited, Pompeo intruded into a Meeting of EU Ministers of Foreign\nAffairs on May 13, and he unsuccessfully tried to get support on his policy of\naggression over Iran. On the same day, the Spanish press published a secret\nletter from the US State that denounced the EU project for a European army. On\nMay 19, the US President wrote a hawkish message:\n\u201cIf Iran wants to fight, that will be the\nofficial end of Iran. Never threaten the United States again\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The\nAyatollahs\u2019 regime was born as a result of the crushing of the 1978-1979\nrevolution, it killed thousands of labour activists, preserved capitalism and\ngot incorporated into it, suppressed the strikes, oppresses the women and the\nnational minorities. The most advanced workers of the world are favourable to\nhis overthrow. However, no other greedy bourgeoisie, like Netanyahu\u2019s or\nTrump\u2019s, can do this. The foreign measures and threats actually strengthen the\nIslamic regime, and particularly its most repressive wing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mr Rouhani\u2019s conservative rivals, long suspicious of his attempts to repair relations with America, feel vindicated.
